Schematic of Haitachi Projector Setup

This schematic shows one way to position the projector relative to the screen. Image size is approx 46"Wide x 72"High. Projector sits 4 feet off of the ground behind the screen at a diagonal. The screen is approx 18 inches off of the ground.

In this configuration a performer can pass in front of the screen without obstructing the projection. They are also able to pass behind the screen w/o obstructing the image as long as they are 3 feet away from the rear of the screen. They can pass between the projector and the screen but they will cast a shadow.

Haitachi Test #3

Vid of space behind screen. Projector will need some sort of "masking" from the front. I htikn I will have to make the masking appear to be a continuation of the cane field.

Test of Haitachi CP-A100 Projector 1

Initial test of Haitachi CP-A100 projector. I reccomend using rear projection. and an aspect ratio or 9:16. This means ALL images have to be formated. NO landscape images or video. Projector is must be mounted sideways.
